Home Inspection

A home inspection is an objective, non-evasive, comprehensive examination of a home that ultimately generates a report on the complete condition of a property. The evaluation thoroughly examines the systems and components of a home, including: roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, the physical structure, interior and exterior.

This important, third-party examination is a valuable tool during the buying, selling, renovating or building process. While it is not a warranty or insurance program, the information provided is critical when making purchasing, repairing and/or maintenance decisions.

How long will it take?

Depending on the size, age and overall condition of the property, the inspection will take approximately two to four hours to complete.

Should I be there?

The prospective buyer is strongly encouraged to be present during the inspection process. This will allow the buyer to become educated about the condition of the property and will ultimately lead to an informed decision during the buying process.

The Inspection Report

When the home inspection is completed, a formal written report is provided that details the condition of each item inspected. The comprehensive inspection report is easy to read and includes digital photos to ensure that all problems and concerns are clearly understood and fully documented.
